IEEE WIE Bangalore along with IEEE Bangalore Section, IEEE Bangalore Section SAC, IEEE SIGHT Bangalore Section, IEEE PELS Bangalore Chapter, IEEE TEMS Bangalore Chapter, IEEE Sensors Council Bangalore Chapter, IEEE Education Society Bangalore Chapter, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society have come together to announce this flagship event IEEE WIE Social Hackathon League 2022.

The IEEE WIE Social Hackathon League was established to give engineering students the chance to promote a learning ecosystem. This multi-stage competition and activity aims to introduce engineering students to problem- and project-based learning while also assisting them in gaining useful experience with real-life engineering problems. The occasion is being held in cooperation with numerous chapters of the IEEE Society. Selected student teams will receive guidance from academics and industry experts to produce projects with social impact.

Participation Criteria

Group of 4 (with at least one girl in the team)

Open to all branches of Engineering (BTech, MTech. BCA, MCA students)

Participation

Participation and Phases

Participation

  • Teams to comprise of 4 members; with at least one-woman participant.
  • The event is open to all Students of Engineering (BTech and MTech).
  • Students from all years and all branches are eligible to participate in the contests.
  • A seriousness fees will be charged to ensure participation and student engagement.
  • 1 participant can be part of 1 team only.
  • Participant list can be downloaded from HERE

Attractive prizes will be given to the winning teams along with participation certificates for all the participants. The event is designed to provide AICTE activity points to students to ensure good participation.
